ESquare’s philosophy mirrors that of Cavola: engaged, long-term oriented, and focused on absolute return. The fund does not believe in passive capital — founders are encouraged to remain involved and build with a long horizon.

Tickets from €2 to €10 million

ESquare invests an initial €2 to €10 million per deal, in both majority and minority positions, with the option of follow-on capital.

(Pre-)exits and growth financing

ESquare supports (pre-)exits, management buy-outs, and business succession processes — situations where entrepreneurs remain involved while simultaneously requiring growth financing or buyout capital.
